Cocoa Powder 20-22%, a professional-grade, alkalized cocoa (Dutch-Process), with an intense cocoa flavor and a reddish-mahogany color, produced by the renowned manufacturer Valrhona. Thanks to the alkalization process, this cocoa offers a balanced aroma and deeper color, making it ideal for advanced pastry, bakery, and confectionery applications. The product is packed in 3 individual bags of 1 kg each, ensuring easier handling and storage.

Exceptional fineness and deep aroma, perfect for gourmet recipes, hot chocolate, and any preparation requiring an intense cocoa taste. Its smooth texture makes it suitable for sponges, creams, glazes, as well as traditional baked goods such as sweet breads or cookies.

Gust,textură excelente. Am pregătit o cana de cacao cu lapte imediat ce am primit coletul. Gustul era cel din copilărie. O cacao excelentă! Am aflat de aceasta marcă din cartea lui Dominique Ansel. Avea dreptate atunci când a recomandat-o.

Aura,

Sincer, cea mai buna cacao. Dupa ce am cumparat-o, nu am mai putut trece la Van Houten.
Este si cacaoa despre care studiile au gasit ca e cea mai safe la continutul de metale grele.
Pretul este justificat raportat la diferenta de calitate.
