Baza pentru înghetata artizanala cu preparare la cald, Diamant 50, 2 kg.
Bazele preparate la cald presupun un proces de productie format din 2 faze principale: pasteriuzarea compozitiei de baza, neutra, si congelarea acesteia ulterior aromatizarii conform preferinte / gust.
Baza Diamant 50 este recomandata pentru uz profesional.

Preparare la cald in pasteurizator:
- 40-50 g din Baza Diamant 50
- 220-250 g zahar
- 1 litru lapte.
Sau:
- 40-50 g din Baza Diamant 50
- 230-260 g zahar
- 1 litru lapte
- 50 g smantana.

Ingrediente: Dextroză, lapte praf degresat, emulgator: E471 mono și digliceride ale acizilor grași, stabilizator: E412 gumă guar, E410 gumă de caruba, E466 carboximetilceluloză, E401 alginat de sodiu, E407 caragenan, arome.
Produs fara gluten.
