True Gold, Natural Cocoa Powder, Non-Alkalized, deZaan
DeZaan True Gold Cocoa is a natural, non-alkalized cocoa powder with a 20–22% fat content (cocoa butter).
With predominant cocoa, floral and citrus notes, this cocoa powder is non-alkalized and perfect for creating a pleasant chocolate flavour.
Recommended especially for biscuits and cookies, sauces, as well as pastry and confectionery desserts, from cakes to various pastry products, cheesecake, muffins, ganache, truffles and sorbet.
pH level: 5.2–6.0. Cocoa flavour level: medium.
The colour of the final product may vary depending on the mixture and processing conditions.
Ingredients: 100% cocoa powder
Store in clean, dry rooms (maximum relative air humidity 50%) and away from strong odours. Storage temperature: 15°C – 20°C.
