Are un gust incantator, cu note pronuntate de lapte, crema, caramel si vanilie, intr-un echilibru perfect. W2 poate fi asociata cu o gama larga de ingrediente si arome: de la acru la amar, de la condimente la ierburi si de la fructe la bere.
Cu vascozitatea sa medie, aceasta este o ciocolata extraordinara. Folosita in batoane de ciocolata sau in figuri goale te surprinde prin stralucirea sa satinata si textura atractiva. Va puteti baza pe ea pentru a aroma mousses-uri, creme, inghetate, bauturi, sosuri, etc.
