Ciocolata neagra de origine unica Tanzanie de la Cacao Barry este o ciocolata premium ce ofera un echilibru perfect intre aciditate si notele amarui intense de cacao, imbogatite cu accente florale, boabele de cacao provenind dintr-o singura plantatie din Tanzania.

Gust intens de cacao, fluiditate 5 picaturi, 75% cacao (45% unt de cacao si 30% cacao degresata).

Ideala in combinatie cu: Piper, Speculoos, Busuioc, Coacaze negre si rosii, Zmeura, Lamaie verde, Yuzu, Ananas, Cocos, Merlot, Nuci, Nuci pecan, Cacap nibs, Ulei de trude, Ulei de masline, Otet balsamic, Carne rosie, Ciuperci porcini.
