Boabelor de cacao sunt de origine din Venezuela unele din Criollo, iar cele mai multe din Trinitario.

Gust intens de cacao, fluiditate 5 picaturi, 72% cacao (42% unt de cacao si 30% cacao degresata).

Ideala in combinatie cu: Pepper, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Mara Des Bois, Red Delicious, Plum, Grappa, Caramel, Pecans, Alune de padure, Lapsang Souchong, Tea Cereal Bread.

Recomandata pentru fantanile de ciocolata, turnarea in forme (moulding), acoperiri (enrobing), tablete de ciocolata.
