Perle mici stralucitoare care combina ciocolata cu lapte cu aroma de caramel pur, cu miez de biscuiti crocanti. Au un continut de 84% ciocolata, minim 30.3% cacao si un diametru de numai 3-4 mm. Ø

Sunt minunate pentru gustari nu le puteti rezista - si pentru decorarea bauturilor, a deserturilor, prajiturilor si a produselor de patiserie, cofetarie si brutarie. Doar le presarati peste prajitura sau desertul preferat! Ø

Amestecate in mousse, inghetata sau bavarois, aceste perle adauga o textura crocanta de ciocolata si raman delicios de crocante. Ø

Mod de utilizare: Presarati-le pe bauturi si deserturi ca decoratiuni. Amestecati-le in mousse, inghetata etc. pentru texturarea acestora. Ø

Ingrediente: amestec de ciocolata cu Lapte si alba cu aroma de caramel 84% (zahar 34%, unt de cacao 29%, pulbere de caramel (Lapte integral condensat, zahar, sirop de glucoza, sare, regulator de aciditate: E500ii), Lapte praf integral 12%, praf de zer (Lapte) 5%, masa de cacao 1,0%, emulsificator: lecitina de SOIA (E322) <1%, arome naturale <1%), cereale crocante sarate ( faina de grau, zahar, sare, faina de ovaz, faina de malt de grau, agent de crestere: E500ii, aroma naturala de vanilie); sirop de glucoza <1%, zahar <1%, agent de glazurare: E414 <1%, amidon modificat <1%, grasime vegetala (cocos)Ø <1%.
