Fondantul universal S20 asigura obtinerea cu usurinta si sigura de glazuri de un alb imaculat, cu consistenta fina. Acest fondant si-a mai demonstrat utilitatea la prepararea a numeroase tipuri de umpluturi si creme, in care se remarca prin gustul sau delicios, usor dulce.
Recomandat pentru glazurile opace, de un alb imaculat, prajituri, tarte si biscuiti, amandine, eclere. Prepararea unor umpluturi si creme fine, bomboane de ciocolata si prajituri fine, prepararea caramelelor moi.
Mod de preparare: Se incalzeste 1kg de Fondant S20 si aproximativ 60 ml de apa intr-o masina de temperare, la maximum 40C, si se amesteca din cand in cand.
Ingrediente: Zahar, sirop de glucoza, Apa.

S20 fondant can become “very hard” in winter due to sub-zero temperatures during transport/delivery—this is normal behavior for this type of product and does not indicate a defect. It is easy to bring back to a workable texture with controlled heating.
Directions for use (adjusting consistency):
Bring the product to room temperature: leave the bucket/container in a room for 12–24 hours.
Softening / liquefying:
Bain-marie: place the required amount in a bowl and warm gently, stirring.
Microwave (short bursts): 10–20 seconds, stir, repeat until you reach the desired texture.
Working target: heat gradually until it becomes malleable/creamy (do not overheat).
For a more fluid glaze: after heating, if needed, add a few grams of warm water (or syrup) gradually and mix well until smooth.
Storage: keep at 15–25°C, protected from cold; after use. After opening: press the air out of the bag before sealing. If available, use wide clips or heat-seal the bag.
