Glazura Oglinda Toffee, Mirror Toffee

Glazura oglinda gata de utilizat. Recomandata pentru glazurarea torturilor si prajiturilor, inghetatei si produselor refrigerate, cremelor bavareze, mousse etc.

Isi pastreaza stralucirea chiar si la temperaturi de -20C.

Se depoziteaza in ambalajul original, in incaperi racoroase (max 20C).

Recomandare de utilizare: luati cantitatea necesara de glazura si incalziti-o in cuptorul cu microunde sau la bain-marie la temperatura de 45-50C, apoi amestecati rapid pentru omogenizare (miscari scurte si rapide, pentru a nu ingloba aer in timpul amestecarii). Plasati produsul pe care doriti sa il glasati pe un gratar si turnati glazura.

Glazura se poate intinde si fara a o incalzi in prelabil; in acest caz trebuie sa o amestecati bine cu o spatula inainte de folosire.
