Glazura de Ciocolata Neagra KIRIBATI este o crema compound gata de utilizat pentru glazurare, cu aplicare directa.
Are o fluiditate de 5 picaturi si este o crema de ciocolata pentru deserturi, produse de patiserie, praline, trufe si umpluturi.
Recomandare de utilizare: se incalzeste la 35-45 C in cuptorul cu microunde (600-850W) si se amesteca foarte bine inainte de folosire. In caz de separare a grasimilor se amesteca pana la omogenizare completa.
Ingrediente: zahar, grasimi vegetale (palmier, floarea soarelui) in proportii variabile, cacao pudra cu continut redus de grasime (15%), emulsificator lecitina de soia (E322), vanilina, arome.
Poate contine urme de Lapte si fructe cu coaja lemnoasa (nuci, alune si altele).
Valori nutritionale medii pe 100g/produs: energie 587 kcal / 2455 kJ, grasimi: 41,9 g (din care acizi grasi saturati: 10,4 g), carbohidrati: 46,2 g (din care zaharuri 44,3 g), proteine 3,3 g, fibre 5,1 g, sare 0,003 g.
