Premix sub formă de pudră cu aroma de Tiramisu special conceput pentru obținerea produselor reci de mousse, bavareze și deserturi reci. Rapid și ușor de utilizat în procesul rece, este un înlocuitor excelent pentru foaia de gelatină. Rezistență la îngheț, garantată.

Mod de utilizare:

200 g. LILLY TIRAMISU
200 g. apa sau lapte (15-20°C)
1000 g. smântână (4-5°C)
Bateți smântâna, apa sau laptele și LILLY TIRAMISU într-un mixer planetar cu un tel. Puneti în forme corespunzătoare și lasati la frigider pentru cel puțin 2 ore sau la congelator timp de cel puțin 40 de minute.
Produsul poate fi folosit si prin metoda indirecta amestecand in prealabil LILLY TIRAMISU cu apa sau lapte folosind un tel si apoi adaugand smantana neindulcita si putin batuta.

INSTRUCȚIUNI:
- pentru a obtine creme bavariene, mousse-uri, prajituri inghetate cu gust si culoare mai intense se recomanda cresterea dozei de LILLY TIRAMISU mentionata in reteta de mai sus pana la 250 g.
- adăugați zahăr în cremă dacă doriți.
- în cazul utilizării înlocuitorilor vegetali ai cremei, vă recomandăm să creșteți doza de apă sau lapte pana la 300 g și să nu batem amestecul mult timp pentru a evita o consistenta prea puternica.
