Panna Cotta premix for hot processing. Very easy and quick to use: you only need to add fresh cream and milk, and in a few minutes the Panna Cotta will be ready to refrigerate.
Directions for use:
Panna Cotta premix 130 g (150 g for a firmer texture)
Fresh cream 500 g
Milk 500 g
Bring the milk and cream to a boil, remove from heat, then add the Panna Cotta Mix, whisking well to avoid lumps. Pour the cream into moulds and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
For a richer product, you can prepare panna cotta using only fresh cream (PANNA COTTA MIX 130 g – Fresh cream 1000 g).
