Premix Mousse Ciocolata din ciocolata alba pudra (63%), pentru cel mai bun mousse de ciocolata usor si aerat, cu aroma intensa si bogata de ciocolata.

Mod de utilizare: Mousse Ciocolata alba 1000 g, lapte 1250 g, Adaugati laptele peste premix si mixati timp de 5 minute. Compozitia se toarna in forme si se da la frigider pentru minim 2 ore.

Ingrediente: ciocolată alba 63% (zahăr, lapte praf degresat, unt de cacao, lapte praf integral, arome) sirop de glucoza, grasimi vegetale (palmier), emulgator: E472a, proteine de lapte. Poate conține urme de soia.
