Royal Icing - premix de culoare Alba.
Gramaj: 400 g.
Gust si aroma placute.
Acest premix este foarte versatil deoarece, in functie de cantitatea de apa utilizata, se poate realiza o compozitie mai solida sau mai fluida.
Royal Icing-ul se utilizeaza pentru decoruri fine pe torturi, cupcakes, biscuiti sau alte deserturi, prin tehnici de lucru specifice.
Poate fi colorat in masa prin utilizarea colorantilor gel alimentari.
Poate fi nuantat, prin aplicarea pe decorurile realizate, de:
- coloranti alimentari pudra, utilizand pensule pentru decor;
- coloranti alimentari pudra sau gel, diluati cu putin alcool alimentar si utilizand pensule pentru decor;
- coloranti alimentari lichizi, utilizand Aerograful.
