Kit Tarte pentru crearea produselor de Cofetarie.

Acesta contine: 1 Forma Profesionala Silikomart, din Silicon alimentar si 6 rame microforate din termoplastic pentru crearea bazei.
Forma din Silicon: 6 cavitati
Dimensiuni cavitate: Ø 6.7 x H 1.5 cm
Dimensiune rama: Ø 7 x H 2 cm
Volum cavitate: 52 ml.

Setul ofera specialistilor din cofetarii si restaurante un kit complet pentru realizarea deserturilor cu o inaltime de 2 cm, fixate pe o baza cu suprafata mai ampla si un volum redus. Se pot realiza, prin aceasta noua tehnica de lucru, dulci creatii cu o estetica originala.

Kitul este usor si rapid de utilizat:
- cu ajutorul ramei microforate se obtine baza desertului din aluat fraged sau biscuit;
- cu ajutorul Formelor din silicon se obtine “inima” desertului.
Rezultatul final va fi o irezistibila paleta de culori si decoruri.
Kitul Silikomart este ideal pentru realizarea de produse dulci sau sarate, coapte sau congelate.
Forma de silicon rezista la temperaturi cuprinse intre - 60°C si +230°C.
Rama microforata din termoplastic rezista la temperaturi cuprinse intre - 60°C si +180°C.

Sfaturi de utilizare a formelor din silicon alimentar:
1. Nu utilizati obiecte ascutite pentru curatarea acesteia sau pentru extragerea produselor!
2. Nu asezati si nu expuneti forma, direct pe sursele de foc si nici direct pe plite!
3. Nu utilizati la spalarea acestora, detergenti agresivi si nici solutii pentru clatit!
