Umplutura cu Bucati Fruct Caise, 1.1 kg.

PreGel oferă o gamă de umpluturi fine pentru cofetărie, remarcabile prin conținutul ridicat de bucăți de fructe și arome autentice. Datorită aromelor naturale și conținutului scăzut de zahăr, gustul acestor umpluturi este natural și delicat. Ele sunt stabile la coacere și potrivite pentru deserturi congelate, menținându-și structura și calitatea chiar și după congelare și dezghețare.

Ingrediente: Caise (38%), sirop de zahăr (zahăr, apă), sirop de glucoză, amidon modificat, acidifiant: acid citric E330, arome,conservanți:E202 sorbat de potasiu, coloranți certificati: E102 Tartrazină, E129 Roșu Allura AC.
